Can you handle CCTV and IT in the same visit?
Yes — a single site survey can cover camera placement, network setup, and any structured cabling needed, quoted together rather than as separate call-outs.
Do I need to already have CCTV to use your IT services?
No, networking, Starlink installation, and IT support are all offered as standalone services — you don't need existing CCTV with us to book any of them.
What's included in a maintenance (AMC) contract?
Scheduled inspections, troubleshooting, and priority response for both security systems and IT infrastructure, so equipment doesn't quietly fail between visits.
Do you provide services outside Bur Dubai?
Yes — we're based in Bur Dubai but install and support systems across every area of Dubai and all seven Emirates.
