Why WIFI PALACE security systems exist
Most properties end up juggling separate contractors for cameras, networking and IT — none of whom talk to each other when something goes wrong. We started as a CCTV installer and grew into a full security and IT team because customers kept asking us to handle the rest of the job too.
Today we install and maintain systems across every area of Dubai and all seven Emirates, and run a walk-in showroom in Bur Dubai for anyone who'd rather see the hardware before committing to it.

Became a SIRA-approved CCTV retailer, and are now completing our SIRA installation certification for larger commercial and warehouse work.

Started offering structured cabling, WiFi setup and general IT support alongside CCTV.

No — WIFI PALACE has two independently operated branches. This site covers our Bur Dubai branch, with its own showroom, contact details, and service area.
Are you actually SIRA-approved, or just SIRA-compliant?
We're SIRA-approved to sell CCTV equipment, and our SIRA installation certification is currently in progress. We supply SIRA-approved cameras and recorders and keep clients updated on our licensing status for commercial jobs. We can show current credentials on request.
Do you subcontract installation work?
No — our own technicians carry out installs, so the person who surveys your property is working from the same standards as the person who wires it.
